Enrollment Verifications

Currently enrolled students may print an Enrollment Verification Certificate online using  PeopleSoft®   and National Student Clearinghouse Self Service Verification.

Select the following PeopleSoft®   menu links:  

• Self-Service

• Student Center

KCTCS Student Records is located in the Right column at the bottom of the screen. To print your Enrollment Verification Certificate use the following navigation:

• Enroll Verify - Clearinghouse

• Choose your Home Campus - Click Step 2

• Self-Service Verification Enrollment

• Complete required fields - click Login

• Choose either Current Enrollment or All Enrollment

• Obtain an Enrollment Certificate

• Print

*  Logoff is in the gray bar to the top right.
