Payment Options

All Tuition and Fees are due in full by Friday 4:00 pm prior to the first day of class for any semester.  Acceptable prior arrangements include pending award of student financial aid, documentation of third party payment, and/or enrollment within a KCTCS recognized FACTS payment plan. Students who do not meet the payment deadline of January 16th are subject to be charged a $50 late fee.

You may pay by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card at one the     business office campus locations. For convenience, credit or debit card payments can be made by phoning one of the following:

PAYMENT PLAN:  

Payment of tuition can be made through the FACTS PAYMENT PLAN. Click on FACTS Payment Plan FAQ's for information of our FACTS payment system.

THIRD PARTY       

When a third party has agreed to pay tuition for a student, a third party authorization form needs to be submitted to the Business Office by the last day to pay for non-cancellation of payment.

* Non-attendance does not relieve you of your obligation or entitle you to a refund.

*Tuition charges are assessed when you register for classes. These charges remain  your obligation unless you properly withdraw from the College.
